Weigh-in-Motion (WIM) Systems
Dynamic vehicle weighing with axle data, vehicle recognition, video records and an inspection-lane workflow.
- Measurement: Dynamic gross and axle weight records
- Identification: Vehicle recognition and video records
- Workflow: Screening with optional static inspection lane
Connect dynamic vehicle weighing with screening and inspection.
The overload screening workflow combines dynamic weighing, vehicle recognition, video monitoring, information displays and a management platform.
The dynamic weighing stage records gross weight, axle weights, axle count and vehicle speed while vehicles pass the measurement area. Number plate information can be associated with the weighing record and captured images.
Vehicles selected for further inspection can be guided to a static weighing lane. The documented lane arrangement includes a static scale, access barriers, vehicle recognition cameras, weighing instruments and management software.
Measurement speed, accuracy and operating approvals depend on the selected installation. Share the lane layout, vehicle flow and intended screening or measurement task for a configuration review.
