01What products and systems does SHIDA GROUP supply?
Our six product families cover automated loading and weighing, truck scales and dynamic weighing, load cells and weighing modules, industrial weighing systems, explosion-proof weighing, and warehousing systems. Equipment can be supplied as individual components or configured around an integrated site workflow.
02What information should I provide for a quotation?
Share your application, material, required weighing capacity and equipment dimensions. For truck scales, include the vehicle types and approach layout. For bulk loading, include truck dimensions, the discharge arrangement and target load. Site photos, a layout drawing and any existing equipment details help us review the requirements.
03Can you configure equipment around our site?
Platform dimensions, weighing capacity, deck materials, weighing instruments and control connections can be reviewed for the application. Automated loading and storage projects also depend on the material characteristics, discharge rate, vehicle access and site layout. The final configuration is agreed for the project.
04How do I choose between static and dynamic truck weighing?
Static weighing measures a vehicle while it is stationary on the scale. Weigh-in-motion systems measure vehicles as they pass and can support axle-load and gross-weight screening. Share the operating speed, traffic flow and purpose of the measurement so the weighing method and any follow-up static weighing requirements can be reviewed.
05Can weighing equipment connect to our controls and software?
Weighing instruments, loading controls and software interfaces are reviewed together. The supplied range includes unattended weighing software and instrument connectivity for data queries and printing. Share your current control system, vehicle identification method and weighing-record requirements so compatibility can be confirmed.
06What should we prepare before installation?
Provide the proposed equipment location, vehicle or material flow, foundation information, power supply and available installation space. Access, drainage and connections to conveyors or discharge equipment should also be included where relevant. Review these conditions with the project team before civil works and equipment installation.
07Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning support?
Our team can visit the site to help review weighing and loading equipment, configure system parameters and test operation. Discuss the project location, installation responsibilities and support scope with us so the required work can be planned.
08How is equipment selected for hazardous areas?
Share the area classification, material, operating conditions and applicable certification requirements. Explosion-proof weighing equipment is selected as a complete configuration, including instruments, sensors and electrical connections. Ask for the current documentation for the exact model and configuration being considered.
09Where can I find specifications, documents and delivery information?
The Downloads page includes product catalogues for initial review. Model-specific specifications and qualification documents can be requested from our team. Share the required equipment, quantity and project schedule; availability, delivery timing and commercial terms are confirmed for the quotation.
