Weight-controlled loading
Platform movement is coordinated with material discharge and the truck bed length. Loading stops when material flow is interrupted, resumes when discharge returns, and ends at the preset weight.
Vehicle verification and positioning
The loading station workflow connects QR verification and queuing with vehicle positioning and automatic tare measurement before discharge begins.
Equipment and record connections
Coordinate feeders, conveyors, discharge valves, loading spouts and dust collection through the control system. Completed weight records can be transferred to the site management system.
