Automated Loading Station Solutions
Connect QR verification, queuing, vehicle positioning, tare weighing, controlled loading and weight record handover.
- Workflow: Verification, positioning, weighing and loading
- Integration: Material handling equipment and controls
- Records: Weight data handover
Connect the loading workflow from entry to weight records.
The station workflow begins with QR verification and queuing. The system checks vehicle authorization and material selection before guiding the truck onto the loading platform.
After positioning and automatic tare measurement, the control system coordinates feeders, conveyors, discharge valves, loading spouts and dust collectors. Platform movement is calculated around the truck bed length, target weight and material already loaded.
When loading is complete, weight data can be transferred to the site management or ERP system. Audio-visual signals support guidance through the operating sequence.
