Weigh Modules

Mounting modules for tanks, bins and process weighing.

Weighing modules based on Z6, HLC, RTN and C16 sensors support tanks, bins and mixers. A module combines the load cell with the mounting structure so the vessel load can be measured.

The HLC module range is listed from 110 kg to 4.4 tonnes. The documented assembly uses a low-profile arrangement, anti-lift fixtures and galvanized or stainless steel options.

The RTN module range lists 1–4.7 tonnes, 10–22 tonnes and a 33-tonne variant. Self-restoring support accommodates lateral movement, with lift-off protection and horizontal limiting devices in the documented arrangement.

For horizontal liquid tanks, the catalogue distinguishes mixed weighing and fixed supports for level measurement from four-module arrangements for actual weight measurement. Review vessel supports, pipe connections, thermal movement and the selected module before installation.
